We provide a 30-day return policy from the date your order ships. If more than 30 days have passed since the shipping date, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To request a return, please contact customer service for a return authorization number. Do not send your return without prior authorization, as it may be rejected

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Returned items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or modified will not be refunded and will not be returned. Books showing obvious signs of use may also be rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification of receipt. You will then be informed of whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to correct the issue or provide a replacement. However, some items are produced in very limited quantities and may not be replaceable. In such cases, we may offer you either a partial refund or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

If your shipment was damaged in transit and covered by shipping insurance (e.g., Route), we may direct you to file a claim through the insurance provider, who can often replace the product for you at no charge.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

Once your return is received, please allow a few business days for processing and refunding. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
