Ordering by mail:We know that some people still prefer to send orders by mail or do not have online or phone access. You can use a credit card, money order, or a domestic check. Please note: checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. We cannot accept foreign checks. If you reside in Nevada, please include the correct sales tax amount for your order.

Ordering FAQs:
How long will it take for you to process my order?
After we receive your order, we generally process and ship it within 1–3 business days, assuming all items are in stock. If an item is backordered, we may delay shipment or choose to ship items separately at our discretion — without extra charges. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
I ordered a pre-order item or something is out of stock!
We offer pre-orders, and occasionally, items run out of stock. Backordered or pre-order items will ship upon availability. We may hold the order or ship items separately, depending on volume and season. No additional shipping fees apply if we split your shipment.
I’ve decided to cancel my order. What do I do?
No problem. If the product hasn’t shipped, you can cancel. Just Contact us with your order number. If prepaid, we’ll issue a refund. If not charged yet, the order will simply be canceled.
What if one of the items I ordered goes out of print?
If an item becomes out of print, we will remove it from your order and issue a refund if prepaid.
Can I order items that aren’t in stock?
Yes! If an item is listed but not currently in stock, it means we’re awaiting a restock. You can still place your order, and we’ll ship it once received.
Note: Backordered items may delay your order.
The item I preordered is past the release date. Why?
Sometimes manufacturers miss their release dates. Your preorder is still valid and will ship when available. If it’s canceled by the manufacturer, we will notify you. This has occurred more often due to recent global manufacturing delays and tariffs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on most orders over $75. Some exclusions apply and are noted on item pages.
I had to get a new credit card.
Contact us and we’ll update your payment details. Please also update your saved card info in your account for future orders.
Certain Special Orders
Items marked “non-returnable” cannot be refunded unless defective. If defective, we will try to replace the item. If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund.
Payment Methods
AdultSourceMedia.com and MyAnimeStuff.com accept payment by American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
We use secure encryption between your browser and our servers. After your order is placed, your credit card data is no longer stored—except for the final 4 digits.
We use fraud protection software to verify card orders. Your billing address must match your card address. Suspicious orders may be delayed or declined.
We also accept PayPal. PayPal orders are prepaid, and funds are transferred immediately. To cancel or modify a PayPal order, contact us for a manual refund.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax where required. Orders shipping within Nevada will have tax automatically calculated at checkout. For mail orders, Nevada residents must include appropriate sales tax. Tax laws are evolving, and other states may be added in the future.
